This is a formal notice to amend the budget as previously voted on by the Wiles PTA General membership on 8/31/11.
We need to amend the budget to account for the Art Fundraiser expense. This does not change the current budget. It should be noted that the expenses are being paid for by the people who are placing the orders for the Square 1 art products.
The revenue for the Art fundraiser will be increased to $7000 and the expense will be increase to $4500. This is a difference of $2500 which was the original amount of revenue accounted for. This is not an additional PTA expense. This is for accounting purposes only.
A ballot vote will be taken to approve the budget changes as proposed. The ballots will be sent home in December and are due back at the school by December 16th.
